Lender offer lifecycle

Offer statuses:

• PENDING - offer has been sent off to the lender
• DECLINED - lender declines to proceed with this application
• ADDITIONAL_DETAILS_REQUESTED - the lender requires additional documents before they can provide an approved loan offer
• DEFERRED - lender has received this application previously
• OFFERED - lender has approved a loan offer and provided terms
• ACCEPTED - applicant signed the contract and funds has been disbursed.
• APPLICANT_DECLINED - the applicant has decided to not take up an approved loan offer
• CANCELLED - this offer is cancelled
• LENDER_CALL_FAILED - if the API request to the lender API fails
• RULES_DECLINED - When the rules engine does blocks the application from being sent to a lender
